Assembling

Automatic and manual assembly takes place in Bredaryd and Tallinn in ISO 14644-1 Class 8 and Class 7 cleanroom. The plastic parts are manufactured, assembled and packaged before they are distributed to our customers.

Sizing



Many installation requires assembly by sizing. Most of our material can be joined with glue. We use both conventional and UV bonding.


Ultra sonic welding

Join technique that utilizes the material's own characteristics.
