Whistleblowing

At Hammarplast Medical, it is important that serious misconduct and irregularities in our operations can be brought to light and addressed in a safe and responsible manner.

We use the external whistleblower service Sension Whistleblower, where you can report suspected misconduct that you have become aware of in a work-related context.

What can be reported?

Examples of misconduct that can be reported include:

• Unethical conduct that could harm the business
• Violations of Laws and Regulations
• Theft or Fraud
• Suspected Substance Abuse in the Workplace

How do I file a report?

Click “Create incident” and follow the instructions to submit your report.

Anonymity and Confidentiality

Reports can be submitted anonymously through our external whistleblower service. If you choose to report anonymously, your identity will not be disclosed to the individuals handling the case. If you wish to remain anonymous, avoid including any information in your report that could indirectly identify you.
